Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of List Pro ("List Pro", "we", "us"), an independent product built and operated by Prashant Kumar as a solo founder. By creating an account or using our website and application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

List Pro turns a product screenshot and a written feature description into a marketing feature card image, sized for marketplaces such as Product Hunt, Gumroad, Shopify App Store, Notion Marketplace, Etsy, and the Chrome Web Store, using AI models provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. Generated results are produced by AI and may vary between attempts.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Credits & Payment

The Service uses a prepaid credit system. New accounts receive a one-time free trial grant of credits, sufficient for a limited number of watermarked images. Additional credits are purchased in one-time packs through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Purchased and free-trial credits expire a set number of days after being granted, as stated at the point of purchase or grant.

Credits are consumed only when an image generation completes successfully; failed generations are not charged. Except where required by applicable law, credit purchases are non-refundable once granted to your account. If you are located in a jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital goods, that right applies as required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload screenshots or descriptions you do not have the legal right to use, including content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or contains another person's private information without consent.
• Generate or attempt to generate illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report unlawful content (such as content involving child exploitation) to the appropriate authorities.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the screenshots and descriptions you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process it — including sending it to our AI providers — solely to provide the Service to you.

AI-Generated Output

Our AI providers are instructed to reproduce your screenshot exactly and never invent interface elements, but generative AI cannot guarantee perfect, pixel-exact fidelity in every case. Please review each generated card before publishing it, particularly for accuracy of any text or UI it reproduces.

Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, you own the feature card images generated for your account and may use them commercially (for example, on a marketplace listing). The List Pro name, logo, website, and underlying software remain our property.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ANY GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIST PRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Unused, non-expired credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
