Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how List Pro ("List Pro", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and application (the "Service"), which turns product screenshots into marketplace-ready feature card images.

Who We Are

List Pro is an independent product built and operated by Prashant Kumar, a solo founder, as a personal brand rather than through a separate registered company. You can reach us using the details in the Contact Us section below.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign up with a password, an encrypted password (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
• Content you provide: product screenshots you upload, the feature descriptions you type, and campaign names, descriptions, and platform selections.
• Generated content: the feature card images our Service generates on your behalf, and the internal prompts used to generate them.
• Payment information: payments are processed entirely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. We do not directly collect or store your card number or full billing details — Dodo collects what it needs to process your purchase, subject to its own privacy policy.
• Technical information: standard server logs (via our hosting provider, Vercel) and authentication session cookies necessary to keep you signed in.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating your feature cards.
• Process payments and manage your account's credit balance.
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI Processing & Third-Party Models

To generate a feature card, List Pro sends your uploaded screenshot and feature description to two third-party AI providers as processors acting on our instructions:

• Anthropic (Claude), which reads your screenshot and writes a creative image-generation prompt.
• OpenAI (gpt-image-2), which uses that prompt and your screenshot as a reference image to render the final card.

As of the last update to this policy, both providers' API terms state that content submitted through their API is not used to train their underlying models by default (this is separate from their free consumer-facing chat products, which have different data practices). We encourage you to review OpenAI's and Anthropic's own current policies, since these can change independently of this document.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers, each acting under their own privacy commitments, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — AI-generated prompt and image creation (see above).
• Dodo Payments — payment processing, acting as merchant of record.
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth) if you choose to use it.
• Resend — delivering messages submitted through our Contact form.

Cookies

We currently use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in, plus a small local record of your cookie-banner choice. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data Retention

We retain your account information, uploaded screenshots, and generated cards for as long as your account remains active. Deletion is request-based: email support@lifedesignos.com asking us to delete your account and data, and we will do so within 10 days of your request. Transaction records are retained by Dodo Payments per its own regulatory and tax obligations and are outside our direct control.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California) to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process your information in the United States or other countries outside your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you.
